INSTITUTIONAL QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Exterior: New England granite façade with covered arcade around the building.

Slab-to-Slab Height: 12'

Finished Ceiling Height: 9'

Electrical: Capacity at each floor: 6 Watts per usable square foot with an additional 2 Watts available at switch gear. Separate metering per floor. Reliability is ensured with two transformer vaults, one in each tower. Individual vaults contain three or more transformers. Electrical feeds from two different grids/substations means reliable power.

HVAC: Variable Air Volume (VAV) system utilizing individual direct expansion units on each floor offer ability to run overtime HVAC on a floor-by-floor basis. Fresh air intake on each floor with UV treatment.

Fire/Life Safety: The building is fully sprinklered, has state-of-the-art smoke and fire alarm systems, a smoke evacuation system, pressurized emergency exit stairs and a complete life safety system that is backed up with a 1,500 kW diesel-powered emergency generator. A fully-manned Division One headquarters fire station is also located in the building.

Backup Power: Separate fire pump and emergency generators for each building.
